Superb service from Tom.
Contacted Tnt Ltd after my building contractor had installed a new oil boiler that was emitting strong oil smell. Contractor got their own plumber who advised this smell was normal.
Tom came out on a Saturday and immediately identified the flue was not properly sealed and no room thermostat had been installed either.
Tom acquired parts and completed the work to high standard within a week

Fantastic service. Tom is a genuine guy, turned up bang on time. Fixed our problem and serviced the boiler for us. Would highly recommend. We will be using his service from now on.
I forgot to add. Tom informed us of our boiler still being within its warranty so will save us money if we get any faults with the boiler. This to me proves how trustworthy this company is. Previous plumbers have not told us this information!

Tom and Graham fitted a replacement oil-fired boiler after our old one gave up the ghost. They were really friendly, tidy and professional throughout the quote process and the installation itself, and the boiler is working great! They took the time to answer my questions and explain the new setup to me which I really appreciated.

We will definitely be using them for our annual services in future.

Tom is an excellent gas engineer who fixed our boiler after a leak.He gives honest advice, has good communication and prompt with appointments. I would highly recommend should you be looking for an honest skilled tradesman.

All very straight forward. Turned up when he said he would and worked with the challenges till the job was done. All for a fair price. I liked the real life approach too.

Have used TNT for a few years now for all boiler services and other related jobs.Always friendly tidy and prompt.Tom goes out his way to solve any issues.He recently put in a new boiler for me which is working perfectly and I have no issues.
