Yes, with an online account you can request a visit and check the history on your account.

We'll visit you approximately once a year to check your boiler and central heating system or gas appliance (depending on what's included in your level of HomeCare cover) are safe and in good working order. Occasionally, annual services may be more than 12 months apart.
