About Your Plan: To ensure we are able to cover your boiler, your plan will be subject to a initial boiler inspection. When we come round for your first boiler service, we’ll check that we can cover your boiler. If we can’t, we’ll cancel your cover and give you a full refund unless we have carried out any repairs. You can book your first boiler service after completing payment.
Period of service contract: Your boiler cover plan starts on the day your application has been accepted. However, there is an initial 30 day period where you cannot make a claim. This is to prevent claims on pre-existing problems and to keep premiums low.
